Summary0021284: Multi-monitor: Dialogs are sized incorrectly and window controls fail (regression)
DescriptionTested 3065, and there are cases in which MMW windows (e.g. auto-tag, auto-organize, etc.) open such that they are larger than the full screen and:
a) Appear too large (sometimes so large that they cannot be resized to a smaller size because there's no way to drag the window to make the edges or title bar accessible)
b) cannot be resized to a smaller size because drag handles at the edges don't function
c) window controls (maximize/close) do not function

Although I've observed all of the above issues several times with 3065, I've only been able to nail down repro steps for cases a) and c):

The latest test build resolves the above issues, BUT:

1) If the main MM window is moved between monitors (e.g. from the monitor to the laptop to the monitor):
a) If the MM window is near the edge of the monitor, then if a dialog (e.g. Auto-tag) is opened, it can appear on the wrong monitor (minor).
b) Even if it doesn't appear on the wrong monitor, it almost always appears a bit smaller than it should (possibly major since it means that dialog sizing still isn't quite right)

2) when MM switches from the laptop to the main monitor due to a laptop open/close operation
a) As in 1b) above, wide dialogs such as auto-tag will often be resized smaller (possibly major)
b) If the user opens another dialog subsequently to the auto-tag dialog, it'll usually be reduced in size to a tiny 1-line Window hidden behind the main MM window! This is especially severe because the user is then locked out of MMW (the only workaround is to open the laptop, causing the main MMW window to appear there which causes the dialog to become uncovered). This is major!
