Summary	0006310: Inability to select items in Track Browser until it's loaded
Description	User can't refine selection in the Track Browser until the Track Browser is fully loaded. For example clicking on the Artist node would take a long time to load on large libraries and thus would require the user to wait long time before ability to make selection.
