In addition, there should be some means of letting the user communicate which log is associated with a particular bug report. Possible approaches: a)i Provide the user with the link so that they can include it in their bug report a)ii Provide the user with an ID so that they can include it with their bug report b) Prompt the user for their e-mail address + description Both? |
