After upgrade Initial sync worked, but then I have done clean install of MMA 94 on Nexus (MMW 1622 already had Set sync profile) and initial Sync failed. Debug logs uploaded. - Deleting Nexus profile and initiating sync worked - clean install of MMA, no profile in MMW worked So initial sync fail only if was doing clean install and MMW 1622 have set syn profile |

I am also observing this on my Nexus 7. Initial sync failed on track 49/50. All subsequent sync attempts are failing. Edit: on my system it appears to have been a flukey error--I just lost wifi connectivity. i.e. it isn't a bug on my system. |

I have finally been able to replicate the issue. Strange thing is that as sioon as I start DDMS and connect Nexus using USB cable I could not replicate issue. But I have found way to fetch Debug log using second PC as sync server and after these steps MMA Wi-Fi Sync Failed: 1. Installed MMW 1622 on second PC, MMA 95 on Nexus 7, Nexus 7 Is connected to PC used for fetching Debug LOG using DDMS from Android SDK 2. Started MMW, started MMA and used Select Sync Server to change into Second PC 3. Used Back -> Back 0010425 to return Main Options as there is no OK button to confirm settings without Sync and then gone to main MMA screen using Back 4. Setup Device profile in MMW to Sync one Playlist of Random 5 Tracks in Library 5. Clicked on SYNC NOW which resulted in Synchronizing Failed 6. Repeated Step 5, which resulted in Synchronize Completed with errors 7. Repeated Step 5 and now Sync was completed correctly without error Any other sync attempts are finished without issues. |

Reminder sent to: jiri, rusty As asked Marek on IM and with today extensive tests confirming that third+ sync always end OK I was wondering unless we can fix this issue 100% that instead of "Synchronizing Failed" and "Synchronizing completed with Errors" to "Synchronizing Failed Please Retry" and "Synchronizing completed with Errors please Retry" or "Synchronizing Failed Please retry and if it repeats continuously report a bug" |

I went through the log and first failed connection failed on "Connection timeout" and every following try failed on "Network unreachable". So it looks like your wifi is sometimes unreachable. Is it possible? Can you observe the wifi behaviour during these issues ? Fyi. these error messages comes from lower network layer wrapped by a java network library... So probably there won't be any issue in it. |

Strange...that's exactly what happened in my case--Wifi somehow stopped working through syncing with MMA ?!? Will test again with the newest build... |

I was unable to replicate on 100, LG Have installed installed Wi-Fi Keep Alive from Shantanu Goel due the other issues with Wi-Fi Dropping. If It happen to you gain check which one works https://play.google.com/store/search?q=wi-fi+keep+alive&c=apps Close when if you can confirm this. |
