Summary | 0010461: Fading of audio tracks for video
Description | Playback rules currently disable crossfading for Music Videos (and Videos in general) by default. However, it _is_ possible for the user to enable [x] Crossfading for Music Videos/Karaoke, but it has no effect! Fading isn't generally desirable for videos, but it is important for manipulating music videos and karaoke videos. I would suggest that the crossfading settings in the output plugin should be applied as follows if they are enabled: [x] Crossfading: x s: --> Fade out the currently playing track's audio for xS [x] Fade in new track: --> Fade in the next video's audio for xS [x] Remove silence... --> no effect [x] Smooth pause --> Apply Fade-out based on current settings to Pause [x] Smooth seek --> Apply Fade-in/Fade-out settings on seek [x] Smooth stop --> Apply Fade-out based on current settings to Stop
