Summary0010492: Improve License process
DescriptionMany users have trouble registering their Gold License in MediaMonkey. The most common issue is the use of the wrong License Username.
Steps To Reproduce- If incorrect version Key has been entered the user should be notified that their key isn't valid for this version. This probably should include a link to support (to open ticket) or to a KB article explaining upgrade options for users with old key.
- If incorrect Key (ie. wrong length/wrong config) has been entered the user should be notified that the key is wrong and include a link on how to retrieve license.
- If Key/Username combo is invalid the user should be informed that either the License Username or License Key is wrong. It should include explanation that both need to be exactly as provided and are case sensitive. a link on how to retrieve license should be included.

The Order confirmation (confirming purchase, but doesn't have License info) should include a link or information about how the user can retrieve (lookup) their License at the provider they purchased their License.
(Many users having trouble with License do have a copy of this)

The email with License should better explain that the License Username is the username required to register their License in MediaMonkey (many believe it is their account username). The same goes for the page users can use to lookup their License.
