Summary | 0010652: DRMed content causes playback to get stuck
Description | When MMW comes across a DRMed track such as an M4P file that it's unable to convert, it seems to get stuck (at least from the perspective of the remote client). At the remote client, the user sees the track in question in the NP view, but the player just stops playing, appearing to wait for MM to begin playback, but playback doesn't start. I would suggest that in such cases, MM should trigger a text overlay to display on the Artwork indicating that the track cannot be converted because it is DRMed, and then proceed to the next track. (aside: we can take a similar approach to communicate with the user for tracks that are in process of being converted e.g. an overlay on the artwork that indicates 'The file is being converted to a format that can play on your device.').
