Summary	0011011: Playlists should show track order number
Description	As of build 145, Now Playing shows track order number but Playlists don't. As suggested by a user at: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=72055 , it would make sense for Playlists to also show track number. Set as 'urgent' on the assumption that this is trivial. If not, it can be pushed to 1.0.5.
