Summary	0011039: Ripping CD with 'Level Track Volume' fails in recent builds (regression in 1644)
Description	Trying to rip a CD with '[x] Level Track Volume' enabled fails with message "MediaMonkey is unable to decode this format" and subsequently AV occurs.
