Summary	0011135: Too slow text scroll in skinned edit box/edit part of dropdown using mouse
Description	Scroll of text in edit box or edit part of dropdown control using mouse is much slower in skinned version of program than non-skinned (or in any standard Windows application).
Steps To Reproduce	- Find some file with really long Title or some another field; - open Properties; - click on Title edit box; - drag mouse to the right, beyond of the edit box (or to the left, depending of what is displayed in the edit box) -> text starts to scroll, but very slowly in skinned version.
Additional Information	The in-line editing of fields in the main tracklist has the same problem.
