Summary	0011194: Tools dialogs could be as dockable panels, instead of in-place of main tracklist
Description	The "Always open Tools dialogs in standalone windows" option is interesting since it allows placing those dialogs in same place of the main tracklist, but I think that it would be much simpler and maybe even better if you made Tools dialogs as dockable panels instead, as Now Playing or Art & Details.
