Summary	0011294: ISDBApplicationEvents::OnCollectionAdded, Removed, Changed and Renamed events needed
Description	I have several scripts which displays lists of collections. Some of them are located on modeless dialog boxes (e.g. Magic Nodes and Filtered Statistics Report), and user could add/remove or modify collection without closing such dialog box of those scripts. So, I need to be notified when such action occurred to be able to appropriately modify my list of collections.
