Summary	0011407: Add Ability to sync sub-set of selected items
Description	The solution is for a problem those who use random Playlists for music/video sync experience. If you'd want to update Podcasts daily on the device you'd also end up re-syncing lots of files from random Playlists. The solution would be the ability to add a prompt (an option in Device Profile would trigger it) and in the Prompt the user would be able to disable any in the Device Profile enabled Collections. This prompt would not allow users to disable items within the Collections (user can do this in Device Profile), but it should be considered to allow user to disable Playlists individually (as they can contain any type of content) instead of just being able to disable the Playlist Collection.
