Summary	0011525: Splitters to split some panels to two parts like documents in Word needed
Description	I often need to look on the two parts of the tree panel in the same time, e.g. on the sub-nodes of Library\Location and My Computer to be able to compare their structure or because of some another reason. Also, I often need to do the same thing with the filelist panel, e.g. I want to visually compare two tracks that are far from each other. I could try to maximize windows to be able to see both items in the same time, but sometimes that is not enough and I need to do a lot of scrolling because of that. I could open two instances of the program, but I prefer the solution with the splitted panels like we could do in Word or any better programer's editor with the documents that could be edited in two parts.
