Summary	0011640: Sync process: Check device Lock State
Description	When multiple devices are connected and devices are locked using PIN, on unlock even is sent that device is unlock and MMW should be able to verify which one is unlocked and enable/execute sync to that device while other devices with pin lock should be still unavailable.
