Summary | 0011666: Allow installing MMIP packages stored inside of ZIP files
Description | As we already know, there is a problem when downloading mmip packages with IE. Because of that some add-on developers prefer to store their mmip packages inside of a zip archive. It would be nice if user could drag&drop such zip file to MM window without a need to previously unpack it to get mmip file, i.e. the program should unpack zip on-the-fly. Currently, when I try to drag&drop such zip file to MM window, I get the error: "Invalid product installation package." That suggestion is different than the one that you already implemented where the program accepts mmip files renamed to zip. Of course, you could have both solutions implemented and you should take different actions depending of the zip content.
