Summary	0011679: File Access: Error dialog should be more descriptive and peristant
Description	1. Creating LOG file using Debug version correctly show that access is denied "An error occurred during file conversion: Cannot create file "C:\Users\frank\frank_music\Angels Gospel Choir.mp3". Access is denied", but Error dialog Show only generic error 2. If you start conversion on same file than error dialog do not show again, but silently fail to convert track
