Summary | 0011948: Option to suppress notification sound artifacts
Description | Currently, if the user listens to music, periodic volume reductions are experienced whenever a notification appears, unless the user sets the phone to Vibrate or reduces notifications volume to zero. However, most users like to have notifications sounds, but may want the associated audio artifacts suppressed when they're listening to music--but don't want to have to manually make this change each time they listen to music. To satisfy this requirement we could add an option to MMA (1st item in the Playback section) to: Suppress notification sounds Suppresses changes in volume triggered by notifications Note: the setting should be active _only_ when MMA is actually playing content (i.e. not when paused).
