Summary0011951: MediaMonkey fails to terminate after playback has initiated
DescriptionIn build 233, running MMA, even without playing content, causes it to remain indefinitely in the notifications bar!

I'm seeing this behavior on Nexus5/Kitkat, but not on any other devices, which is why I'm not sure if it's a regression, or if MMA has gotten into some strange state on that device.

Debug log: HGGUFHMO64

note that this behaviour stopped after rebooting the device, so it seems that mma got into a state that resulted in this behaviour. So this may be an instance of the failure to terminate which is still occasionally reported by users. I'm not aware of anything specific that I did that might have resulted in such a state.

Playback service was really running all the time, because there had to occur some "binding service" issue. Unfortunately it happened sometimes earlier(I can't see it in debug logs). If you can reproduce it, please send your debug logs again.
