I can't replicate and it would be strange if it would depends on the skin reload in Options (as it looks from your video). Could you generate debug log and ensure that the issue happens also when Art&Details window is closed? I suppose the same happens in 4.0.7 ? Is it skin related? |

It is isolated issue on my PC I could not replicate on other two PCs |
