Summary	0012116: Tree Nodes: Root nodes can't be expanded in some cases (Regression)
Description	If user select no tree subnodes for collection and then re add few they can't be expanded till MMW restart. It worked in 4.0.7 but in 4.0.7 expand button was always visible and in 4.1 we fixed it according to number of subnodes available which caused this regression.
