Tested 340 and this issue remains. Tested as follows:

1 Play tracks
2 Switch to NP list view, and pause on Track A
3 In NP list view Delete Track A OR Remove from Now Playing
--> Track B starts to play

I can't replicate it, but I have improved logs to build 1.1.0.341.
Please test it with new build and send your logs.

I'm not sure why (test error with 340? change in 341?), but this seems to be fixed in build 341.
