Summary	0012464: Implement Options activities with fragments
Description	We are still using deprecated way how to show Options. It is necessary due to many factors to migrate to new implementation for android API > 3.0 Current implementation: - is not well stylable - Options list is long and confusing - no possibility to adjust action bar - bad look on tablets - multi pane layout should be used
