Summary	0001317: Now Playing: show start/end times
Description	As described by a user who wants to use MM for a commercial application (this also applies for parties/bars), it is useful to show in the Now Playing view the time at which a particular song will start (and perhaps end). These columns should be enablable in the Now Playing view (node or window). They should appear after the 'Added' field. They should be refreshed at the end of played track for all tracks in the NP list subsequent to the currently playing one.
