Summary0013359: Readonly storages are recognized as writable
DescriptionWe have added SAF-Limited type of storage recently. This storage can write to folders that are allowed via permission dialog but it cannot write to application specific folder.

Some devices with Lollipop+ have readonly external storages. These storages fails to write application specific folder and are recognized as SAF-limited storages. This is a bug. Writability of storages on lollipop+ is hard to verify because it cannot be verified prior user permits access.

It should be fixed and these storages should be recognized as readonly!
Steps To ReproduceI cannot reproduce it. It is related to some devices...maybe it is related to storage file system.
