Summary	0013399: Unknown Format Playback: Add ability to MM try loading and playing files on Drag and Drop
Description	Currently even system is capable to play some media file MMW can't play it even if the file is drag and dropped to Now Playing/Player. This is not consistent with system behavior where all other apps simple initiate DirectShow and tries to build play graph. Including WMP, PotPlayer, MediaPlayer Classic, ... There is no matter if we do not have parser for files using Drag and Drop we will add ability that MM play and possibly convert files that are previously not playable even not fully supported. This will also apply to AIFF and AIFC. Sample file supplied in Ticket is RealAudio 10 playable thru LAV Audio Decoder.
