Summary	0001427: Ability to add Tracks / CDs that are not yet in the library (a wishlist)
Description	A user mentioned that it would be useful for them to be able to add tracks & cds to the library so that they could track items that they'd want in their collection but don't yet have. We already have UIs that could be used for this: the properties dialog, and the cd properties dialog. Here's how it could work: User clicks File \| Add Manually \| CD --> CD dialog appears, titled 'Add CD Manually' OR User clicks File \| Add Manually \| Track --> Properties dialog appears, titled 'Add Track Manually' This functionality would probably be best to implement at the same time as we tackle the VCD overhaul.
