As MMW doesn't show content for invisible nodes it may not be desirable to hide Search if it is being used. A solution could be to auto-hide if the node is disabled and user navigates away from a Search node. Note that the option for Media Tree (Tools > Options > Media Tree) does behave incorrectly currently. It should have 2 states (in current implementation) which is Show and Show when it has content. The disabled option shouldn't be there (in current implementation) |

As you pointed in 0014882:0050551 MM5 do not have search history tree node (0014881) in MMW Search tree node settings in Media Tree do not have any effects on behavior. Disabled = Do not show at all Like MM5 Show When Needed = Show Only when there is search (DEFAULT/CURRENT BEHAVIOR) Enable = Show Always |
