Summary | 0014916: Playlists: Externally updated playlist do not import in MMA
Description | When MMA imports M3U playlist and that playlist is updated in external application then MMA do not reflect the change unless external app saves changed playlist to new M3U file. This is by design so that MMA changed playlists are not overwritten with external Playlist changes. problem is that other third party apps as they do not have own library simply directly load M3U and thus reflect the change immediately.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Samsung Music: Add or delete tracks in playlist 2) Samsung Music: Copy changed playlist with new name into a new one 3) MMA: Open, new playlist is recognized (often immediately), but sometimes I have to tap "Check for new/changed media" in "options" 4) MMA: Delete old playlist 5) Samsung Music: Delete old playlist
