Summary	0015191: Mapped network drives can became inaccessible (resulting in freeze logs)
Description	Based on freeze logs (like BugReport_C357579D_5.0.0.2130 ) the fileExists can freeze on files from drive Z:\ in various threads It is most probably mapped drive and the reason is most probably similar as in issues 0006307 and 0014374 where we introduced a mechanism to detect inaccessible network domains and handle them as temporary inaccessible. 1) We should do the same for mapped drives / local drives 2) We should eliminate app.filesystem.fileExists and replace it by async version
