Summary	0016323: Drag&Drop should not be possible when playlist is dis-ordered to prevent from original order loss
Description	1) Go to a playlist and sort it by Title (instead of #) 2) Drag a track from 10th position to the 7th position => playlist is saved in the new order, i.e. by Title !! and the original order is lost Testing and see that in MM4 the D&D was not possible for dis-ordered playlists The same should be added to MM5
