0017171: One one machine, the left column of the Setup Wizard is always blank

Summary	0017171: One one machine, the left column of the Setup Wizard is always blank
Description	On one of the laptops that I use for testing, every time I do a clean portable installation of MM5, the setup wizard appears as in the image below. I've attached a debug log of the initial run. Would anything else help to debug this?

rusty 2020-12-10 19:04 administrator ~0060693	I just realized the cause. When I install on the machine directly, the left column displays. But when I install via a Remote Desktop view, it doesn't! The desktop displays at 1440x900 in the RDP window. The native display is 1366x768. Text dsplay settings are 100%. If this issue is specific to RDP it can probably be pushed, though I wonder if it's a symptom of an issue that may crop up in other scenarios.
