Summary | 0017197: Make it easier to set MediaMonkey 5 as the default app for Media Files
Description | When users install MMW5 for the first time or upgrade from MMW4, there's no obvious way to make MMW5 associated with media files (it's currently configurable via Tools > Options > OS settings). Modifying the wizard to prompt the user would only be a partial solution, since the wizard doesn't appear for users that are upgrading. Could we prompt the user with a Toast message? (note: it should probably only appear for non-portable installs) MediaMonkey is not your default media player [Set as default] [x] --> launches Windows Default apps configuration The toast should display until the user closes it, and should only appear on the first run after each install if MMW5 isn't the default).
