Summary	0017349: Allow artWindow (preview) onto main/bottom dock
Description	User pointed out that previewing video would be better for some on the bottom of the screen, and as such requested the ability to put the preview panel in the main dock. https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=98094 Simply adding ",bottom" to the preview panel's data-dock-support results in a buggy appearance, so it'll be a non-trivial addition.
