Tested 2328 by doing a clean portable install, and the following displayed when opening this dialog. Peke, based on the skin shown in your screen capture, I'm guessing you didn't do a clean install? |

I have increased minimal size in build 2329, the height could be too small to fit buttons. But I cannot reproduce Rusty's case at all, even on clean install. |

The key to reproduce this to go through the initial wizard and do not cancel it. |
