Summary | 0018361: Rip Error Continuously shown for same track
Description | When MediaMonkey has trouble ripping a track it will continuously popup the error. A) This interrupts the Rip process itself for as long as the dialog is shown B) It interrupts whatever else the user is doing in MediaMonkey Some ways to improve: 1) Continue should have 2 options: a) Continue and show errors b) Continue and ignoring subsequent errors for current Track 2) Cancel should be clear in what is cancelled: a) Cancel Rip of current Track b) Cancel Rip of all Tracks 3) If possible the generic "Error ripping track xxx" should be specific in what problem MediaMonkey is encountering in the Result column. 4) Show error as a Toast with the ability to open full error dialog instead. Toast is less disruptive than a dialog. User should also be able to open from Context of Rip progress bar. 5) Have Rip not pause during dialog display as it slows down the Rip process unnecessarily for users that do want to proceed with the Rip.
