Summary0018701: Dialogs resize after maximizing / switching between monitors
DescriptionSome dialogs such as the Delete confirmation dialogs resize depending on the size of the window. The problem is that they sometimes resize to become overly large and other times to become overly small/narrow. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that the dialogs are not resizable, so there's nothing that the user can do to rectify the issue.

This can be replicated by:
0 Set laptop monitor 1 and external hi-res Monitor 2 in Extended mode
1 Launch MM in monitor 1, select a track and click Delete
--> dialog appears in 1 size
2 Launch MM in monitor 2, select a track and click Delete
--> dialog appears in a different size
3 Maximize MM in monitor 2, select a track and click Delete
--> dialog appears smaller
etc...
eventually the dialogs get to a state where they open very small/narrow no matter what size the dialog/monitor is.

I've tested this again with build 3021 and the issue persists. In addition, context menus are truncated after dragging MM from Window 1 to Window 2.

The severity is minor, though, since restarting MM resolves the problem.
