Summary	0018707: Clipping prevention do not work on some files
Description	Clipping prevention do not work one some files and Audio Artifact are heard on some files. Workaround it to analyze tracks again Which Shows different Volume info value and track plays correctly. NOTE: Other apps do not observe behavior, Changing from WASAPI -> DS do not affect artifacts in playback. Viideo of playback and Full Log file sent to Michal offline
