Summary	0018924: Tree: Devices and services Context menu do not contain add option
Description	Devices and services Context menu do not contain add option. Expected that both add "Storage and Services" and Manual add Media Server is Available. Currently User need to select "Devices and services" Tree node -> and then use [+] to add them.

Click on [+] -> QR code 0018923 is shown with text like "Scan this code in MediaMonkey for Android to start Sync Wizard." That said I agree with @Ludek to leave tree as is and just add [+] in devices header section.
