Summary	0019019: Add Cover dialog improvements
Description	Add cover dialog should be improved, especially if user Click on Artwork save icon in preview Window i) Image thumb do not have "Show full size". User can't double click/right click on Thumb to see/get full fetched size image ii) Right click on Thumb should contain Lookup Image in order to save user numerous clicks (eg. Cancel -> Right click -> Lookup image -> Ok -> Add cover dialog iii) Image Location contain "Save to tag or to folder", "Safe to folder", "Save to tag and folder" the missing case is "Save to tag (if possible)"/"Only save to tag (if possible)" which will not try to save to folder if save to tag fail.
