Summary	0019154: messageDlg should dim its parent as other modal dialog boxes do
Description	All modal dialog boxes in the program dim their parent window/dialog boxes. For example: - open Auto-organize -> main window is dimmed; - click Configure -> Auto-organize dialog is dimmed; - click Browse -> Destination dialog box is dimmed; - click New Folder -> Select folder dialog box is dimmed. However, messageDlg doesn't dim its parent: - open Manage database; - click Backup database now -> Manage database dialog box is not dimmed. or: - choose another skin -> message box appear, but main window is not dimmed.
