Summary	0019229: app.listen(app.playlists.root, 'playlistChanged' ... doesn't fire when track is removed from playlist
Description	app.listen(app.playlists.root, 'playlistChanged' fires when track is added to the playlist, it also fires when tracks are reordered in the playlists, but it doesn't fire when track is removed from playlist. app.listen(app, 'playlistchange' ...) don't have this issue.
