Summary	0019506: Rebuild database action can stall on debug build (when file monitor is enabled)
Description	Based on LowLander's log and report here: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=102824 whenever Rebuild Database is in process and e.g. file monitor thread is waiting DB write access more than 60 seconds then it can stall (or asserts on "We have not got write lock for 60 seconds".). This happens only with Debug builds.

peke 2022-10-27 00:30 developer ~0070026	Verified 2677 Test note: I was able to simulate "We have not got write lock for 60 seconds" On limiting HDD to SATA II 1.5 and copy 5k of tracks to monitored folder in 2676 that will bottleneck track monitor. Same test was done in 2677 and I was unable to replicate.
