Summary	0019539: Firewall exception can silently fail on clean portable install
Description	During testing I found that once there is clean install of MM portable and COM server isn't registered by any other MM instance on the PC (e.g. clean OS installation) then our Firewall exception silently fails and UAC isn't shown at all! To resolve this we could either: 1) Register the COM server also in case of Portable installs 2) Make the firewall exception checkbox unchecked and disabled in portable mode 3) Make the checkbox unchecked by default in portable mode, but upon checking it it would install the COM server (for elevator to work) and adds the firewall exception I guess that solution 3) is prefered

Ludek 2022-11-04 18:42 developer ~0070152	As discussed offline the solution 3) is expected. i.e. a Portable install is expected to not make any system changes unless the user chooses to make them. So the fact that the rules aren't configured automatically isn't a bad thing.
