Summary0019722: Disabling WiFi should not clear Saved server list
DescriptionIf User have saved servers and disable device WiFi MMA should not not clear Saved server list as user intention is to switch to other connections like accessing MM Server using Mobile network.

Expected that saved list is always visible, but grayed if not accessible.
