| Steps To Reproduce | 1 Go to Music > Albums 2 Set View to Grid (by Album) 3 Click Artwork to expand Album 4 Click 3 dot next to a specific file on Album 5 Select Remove --> Expect specific file to be removed, instead MediaMonkey removes all files from Album If instead of remove you select Play now, just the specific file is played, same with Properties. | ||||

How did you fix? There are also the following issues. They also got addressed?: 1. If a Grid View inline panel is open, and the user has clicked a track and navigated with the inline panel, a click on the ellipsis menu and Remove will try to delete the last clicked track , which may not be the row where the user clicked the ellipsis! 2. A click on the ellipsis menu at the Album level of the the inline panel should always offer to remove the whole album. But if the user has clicked within the panel during track navigation the album level Remove offers to remove just the last clicked track. I think that there is a good case to remove the ellipsis menus from the tracks. a. They are dangerous because it is unclear what is going to happen ... ie. it depends whether the user has already triggered a click within that panel ... And the UI is unclear, because some track is always highlit, and the target of the action may be some other track b: They are superfluous. Functions is already available via the Context menu. c: They are an anomaly. AFAICS other panels or Views don't have them And an action at the album level should always affect the whole album, not just tracks which are selected. |
