Summary	0019814: Ability to prevent some devices from syncing user-specific metadata from Device to PC
Description	It would be useful if MM allowed the library's owner could prevent certain metadata from being synced from certain remote devices. For instance play history, and ratings (and perhaps Genres) might be considered user-specific. This would allow users with devices for whom they don't want metadata edits to be Synced back, like kids devices, but still want the play history to be Synced. This could be implemented as a device-specific feature OR as part of a larger set of functionality in which the concept of User's is added to various MM apps.
