Summary	0019955: Track counts in stats bar fail to update after edits in Ratings views
Description	If the user navigates to a ratings node (e.g. Ratings 1-star +) and edits the rating of 1 or more tracks via the Properties dialog --> The view counts fail to update both in the 1-star list and in the Ratings parent node. This is confusing because it makes it unclear whether the change was made or not.
