Summary | 0019971: Dragging tracks in Playlists or Playing Queue only works once (regression)
Description | When dragging tracks in a Playlist or in the Playing Queue, it normally works correctly, but sometimes as soon as the handle is grabbed it also selects the track at the same time and when that occurs: - dragging behavior doesn't work correctly (it causes tracks to overlap one another) - the track is shown as selected even after it's been dropped

Setting target back to 2.0 since: - the issue is having the effect of causing users to believe that it's not possible to drag/re-order Playing tracks because the grab handles disappear as soon as the track gets selected by itself - on certain devices, the issue occurs on every drag attempt (e.g. on an Honor 5x device)! Moreover, on this device, the initial drag operation occasionally completely breaks the view (it becomes blank)! I suspect that the higher frequency/worse outcome on some devices is related to the smaller screen size. |

Verified 1080 (but in the course of verifying notice another related issue in which dragging tracks can trigger fast scrolling which interferes with the drag operation - issue 0020008 ). |
