Summary | 0020000: Fast-Scrolling large lists doesn't often requires more than one step
Description | In MMA 1.x fast-scrolling of large lists worked as expected AND additionally included a feature that allowed the user to quickly navigate to a letter by tapping it. MMA 2.x only implements fast scrolling, but it only works if the fast-scroll is initiated from the top of a list. If the user attempts to fast scroll from another position within the list --> instead of fast scrolling, an item is selected and then the list is slow-scrolled! Granted, this is how most apps seem to work, but would it make sense to make a minor change that causes tap-hold selection at the right margin of lists to not select an item, and to instead activate fast-scrolling?
